The following list is a typical immunization schedule as recommended by the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). While all of the physicians here promote this schedule, there may be variations to its implementation based on physician and patient preferences and patient history. 2 months well child care visit:
Pentacel (DTaP, IPV, Hib), Prevnar (pneumococcal disease), Engerix-B (Hepatitis B), Rotateq (rotavirus)
4 month well child care visit:
Pentacel, Prevnar, Engerix-B, Rotateq
6 month well child care visit:
Pentacel, Prevnar, Engerix-B, Rotateq
12 month well child care visit:
MMR, Varivax (varicella/chicken pox)
15-18 month well child care visits:
Daptacel (DTaP), Prevnar, ActHib (Hib)
18-24 month well child care visits:
24-30 month well child care visits:
4-6 year well child care visits:
MMR, Varivax, Daptacel, IPV (polio), and PPD placement (not a vaccine but to determine TB exposure)
11 years+:
Menactra (meningoccal disease), Adacel (Tdap), and Gardasil (3 dose schedule for Human papillomavirus)
