His background clinical experience includes individual therapy (children, adolescents, and adults), school psychology, comprehensive psychological assessments, and integrative behavioral health in primary care settings. He has completed his Oregon residency at our clinic and has continued to provide behavioral health services post-licensure. He has extensive experience working with children and families, and providing assessment and treatment for individuals with mental and behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral/conduct problems, medical issues, and other reasons for intervention. His primary theoretical orientation is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, but he utilizes a biopsychosocial model to obtain a comprehensive view of an individual’s presenting difficulty to tailor an effective treatment approach.
Dr. Galuza is also in the process of starting comprehensive psychological assessment services for our patients and our community. Reasons for testing can include ADHD, learning disability, emotional regulation concerns, and behavioral/conduct problems.
